Why are your items limited in stock?
Items are created in small, exclusive batches to maintain the uniqueness and integrity of every piece.
In comparison to mass production, where thousands of the same design flood the market, I believe in crafting pieces that feel rare and special.
If an item you love is sold out, sign up for the newsletter to receive restock alerts and be the first to know when it returns.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
The pricing reflects the craftsmanship, materials, and time that go into each piece.
Lola's Digicam does not mass-produce or follow seasonal discounting trends, but may offer exclusive, limited-time offers to those in the newsletter!

How can I contact customer service?

Yes! All size guides can be found on the item’s page.
Do you offer customs?

Where do you ship to?
At the moment, we only ship to the United States ,Australia, Canada, Hong Kong SAR, Japan, Malaysia, Germany, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom!
For the "Lola's Little Letters" Mail Club, shipping is offered worldwide!
*All US Orders Are Shipped With USPS*.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to be shipped out.
Do note, if you have purchased a "made-to-order" item, please allow 3-4 weeks for it to be shipped out!
Can I return my order?
Some items (such as basic tops) may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Have original tags attached
- Be returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Do I get a refund or store credit?
If your return is approved, you can choose:
Refund to original payment method
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Store credit
- Return shipping may be covered on a case-by-case basis.
- Great if you'd like to choose a different item!
What items are final sale?
The following cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Handmade or embellished pieces (including rhinestone items)
- Mini skirts and specialty garments
- Limited drop items
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges are available on a case-by-case basis.
Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please inspect your order upon arrival!
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@lolasdigicam.com within 48 hours of delivery, and I'll make it right!
When does mail ship?
Mail club orders close on the 23rd of each month and are typically shipped between the 24th–27th.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by your location!
United States: Anywhere from 7–14 business days
International: Anywhere from 14–28 business days
Please note that mail may occasionally take longer due to postal delays!
My mail hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Because mail club shipments are sent untracked , delivery times can vary.
If it has been longer than the estimated delivery window, please email info@lolasdigicam.com and I'll do my best to help!
What if my mail arrives damaged?
If your envelope arrives damaged or important contents are missing, please email info@lolasdigicam.com within 7 days of delivery and include photos if possible.
I'll review the situation and work with you on a solution!
Can I return my mail club package?
Due to the nature of subscription mail and printed goods, all mail club shipments are final sale and cannot be returned.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes!
You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account portal, by using the link in your subscription confirmation email or email info@lolasdigicam.com with your order number!
I was charged for the next month before receiving my current month's mail!
This can happen because subscriptions renew automatically before delivery occurs!
With the way dates are set-up, overlaps often occur! Shipping times can vary! If you do not receive your mail after the given time frame, please email info@lolasdigicam.com!
