✧ RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Every piece from Lola’s Digicam is handmade in small batches, designed to feel special, intentional, and a little bit like something you’d keep forever.

Because of this, most items are final sale. I do offer limited return/exchange options on select pieces.


✧ RETURNS (SELECT ITEMS ONLY)

Some items (such as basic tops) are eligible for return.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

If your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send it back.


✧ REFUNDS VS. STORE CREDIT

You can choose between:

Refund To Original Payment Method

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Store Credit 

  • May include covered return shipping (case-by-case)
  • Allows you to choose something else you’ll love

✧ FINAL SALE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Handmade / embellished pieces (including rhinestone items)
  • Limited drop items
  • Mini skirts and specialty garments
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Sale items and gift cards

✧ EXCHANGES

Exchanges are offered on a case-by-case basis.

To be eligible:

  • Contact must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be in original condition (unworn, unused, tagged)

✧ DAMAGES OR ISSUES

Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

✧ IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Items sent back without approval will not be accepted
  • Return shipping is only covered in specific cases (such as store credit or errors)
  • As a small handmade brand, each piece is created with care!  I truly appreciate thoughtful purchasing and your support

✧ EU CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day return period in accordance with EU regulations. Items must still be returned in original condition.


✧ REFUND PROCESSING

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval.

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
