Each order is prepared with care, and processing times vary depending on the type of item you’ve purchased.


✧ PROCESSING TIMES

Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).


Made-to-Order Items
Some pieces are handmade after your order is placed.

  • Please allow 3–5 business weeks for production
  • You will receive a shipping notification once your item is complete

✧ MAIL CLUB ORDERS

Mail club orders follow a monthly shipping schedule.

  • All mail club orders ship between the 24th–27th of each month
  • Orders are shipped together as a batch during this window
  • Mail club items are sent separately from other shop orders

This means:

  • If you order a mail club item + other products, they may arrive separately

✧ SHIPPING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).


✧ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES

  • Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers
  • Lola’s Digicam is not responsible for delays once a package has been shipped
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation

✧ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international customers:

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

If customs fees are refused:

  • The package may be returned
  • Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable
