Each order is prepared with care, and processing times vary depending on the type of item you’ve purchased.
✧ PROCESSING TIMES
Ready-to-Ship Items
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Made-to-Order Items
Some pieces are handmade after your order is placed.
- Please allow 3–5 business weeks for production
- You will receive a shipping notification once your item is complete
✧ MAIL CLUB ORDERS
Mail club orders follow a monthly shipping schedule.
- All mail club orders ship between the 24th–27th of each month
- Orders are shipped together as a batch during this window
- Mail club items are sent separately from other shop orders
This means:
- If you order a mail club item + other products, they may arrive separately
✧ SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information (if applicable).
✧ IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTES
- Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates provided by carriers
- Lola’s Digicam is not responsible for delays once a package has been shipped
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
✧ INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international customers:
- Customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
If customs fees are refused:
- The package may be returned
- Shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable
