By purchasing Lola’s Little Letters, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping and fulfillment terms outlined for the Mail Club. Please review these terms before completing your order.

✧ HOW THE MAIL CLUB SCHEDULE WORKS

Mail Club spots close on the 23rd of each month. New spots for the following month’s edition open on the 24th.

For example:

• July 24 – August 23 → August Mail Club
• August 24 – September 23 → September Mail Club
• September 24 – October 23 → October Mail Club

This means an order placed after the 23rd automatically rolls over to the following month’s Mail Club edition.

✧ EXAMPLES

• An order placed on July 28 is an August Mail Club order, not a July order. July Mail Club spots closed on July 23, and August Mail Club spots opened on July 24.

• Your August Mail Club order will ship between August 24–27. The estimated delivery timeframe begins after shipment— when you receive an email confirming that your mail has shipped, not when the order was placed.

• An order placed on August 10 is also an August Mail Club order. It will ship between August 24–27, with the estimated delivery timeframe beginning after you receive your shipment confirmation email.

Please note: The dates above are examples to illustrate how the Mail Club schedule works. This same cutoff and shipping schedule applies throughout the year, from January through December.

Every month, you’ll receive:

• 1 cute 4x6 inch postcard featuring collectible artwork

✧ IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFO

Lola’s Little Letters is a monthly mail club. Your order will NOT be shipped immediately after purchase.

All Mail Club orders are collected and shipped together in batches during the 24th–27th of their scheduled month.

For the September edition, all envelopes will ship between September 24th-27th. Once your mail has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.

Standard Mail Club shipping is UNTRACKED. No tracking number or delivery confirmation will be provided.

After shipment, estimated delivery is:

• U.S.: 1–2 weeks
• International: 2–4 weeks

These are estimated delivery times, not guaranteed delivery dates, and postal delays may occur.

Please note: Your delivery timeframe begins after your order has shipped, not when your order was placed.

To manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time, simply create an account on our website before or after checkout. Your subscription can then be managed directly through your account.

If you did not create an account, please refer to your email for information on managing your subscription.

Mail Club envelopes are shipped separately from other shop orders because they are sent as untracked mail. If you purchase other products in the same order, your Mail Club envelope will not ship together with those items.
